Steps to File a Dispute with Shape Plain Capital:


Locate Transaction: Sign into ShapePlainCapital.com or the app, find the transaction, and click on it to see details.


Report Problem: Click on "Dispute transaction" on the bottom of Shape Plain Capital App or Website.


Provide Details: Select the reason for the dispute (e.g., incorrect charge, product not received).


Submit and Review: Review the details, submit the dispute, and save your confirmation. Time Date and Amount.


Key Information:


Timeline: For the best results, file the dispute as soon as you notice a problem, ideally within 60 days of the statement date.


Temporary Credit: Shape Plain Capital may issue a temporary credit while investigating the dispute.


Debit vs. Credit: If a debit card dispute is for an unauthorized transaction, Shape Plain Capital may require you to close the account and issue a new card.
