By submitting your request, you provide written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) authorizing:

  1. Us, our Shape Plain Capital Dollar Lending Partners, and their designated intermediaries (such as Shape Plain Capital Dollar lender networks/aggregators and their service providers) to obtain your consumer report for the following purposes: (i) verifying your identity, (ii) evaluating your eligibility for Shape Plain Capital Dollar credit products, (iii) fraud prevention and compliance, and (iv) providing any legally required notices related to your request.
    Such reports may include “soft” or “hard” inquiries.
  2. You acknowledge that:

  • Your consumer report may be accessed more than once in connection with your request (for example, for initial pre-evaluation and, if you proceed, by one or more Shape Plain Capital Dollar lenders to make a credit decision).
  • This authorization will remain in effect for future, similar credit-related requests you initiate through our website or services, unless and until you withdraw it.
  • This means that if you revisit our website to seek another Shape Plain Capital Dollar loan or credit offer, we and our authorized partners may rely on this same written instruction to obtain your consumer report again for the limited purposes described above.
