CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES AND COMMUNICATIONS (“E-CONSENT”)

To offer you a Shape Plain Capital Dollar loan or other financial services, the Shape Plain Capital Dollar Lending Partners or Service Providers need your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent").
